Terms & Conditions

1. Services

• Evening and bridal dresses are available for rental.
• Some dresses may be available for purchase (subject to availability and store approval).

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a reservation.
• The deposit is deducted from the total rental price.
• The remaining balance must be paid in full upon dress pickup.
• Payments are non-refundable once the dress is collected.

3. Dress Condition & Use

• All dresses are provided clean and in very good condition.
• By collecting the dress, the client confirms acceptance of its condition.
• Dresses are for personal use only.
• Alterations are not allowed unless approved by the store.

4. Responsibility & Damage

• The client is responsible for the dress from pickup until return.
• Minor damage may result in repair charges.
• Major or non-repairable damage requires payment of 50% of the original dress value.

5. Returns & Late Fees

• Dresses must be returned on the agreed date.
• Late returns may result in additional charges.
• Cleaning is handled exclusively by the store.

6. Loss

• In case of loss or failure to return the dress, the full value of the dress must be paid.

7. Acknowledgment

• By renting or purchasing a dress, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
