Consignment Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement Purpose

• The supplier places her evening or bridal dress(es) with the store for rental purposes in exchange for a percentage of the rental income.

2. Dress Ownership

• The dress remains the sole property of the supplier.
• This agreement does not transfer ownership to the store.

3. Rental Revenue Split

• The supplier receives 50% of the rental price each time the dress is rented.
• The store receives 50% for management, display, marketing, and cleaning services.

4. Consignment Period

• The standard consignment period is two (2) years.
• The period may be adjusted based on the dress style and condition.
• The dress may not be withdrawn before the agreed period unless approved by the store.

5. Dress Condition

• Dresses must be evening or bridal dresses only, in excellent condition, and professionally cleaned before being accepted.
• The store reserves the right to refuse any dress that does not meet these standards.

6. Normal Wear and Tear

• The supplier agrees that the dress will not be returned in its original condition due to normal wear resulting from rentals.

7. Damage Policy

• In the event of major, non-repairable damage, the renter is required to pay 50% of the original dress value, which will be paid to the supplier.

8. Cleaning Responsibility

• The supplier must deliver the dress professionally cleaned.
• After acceptance, the store assumes responsibility for cleaning the dress between rentals.

9. Number of Rentals

• The number of rentals is not guaranteed and depends on the dress style, size, condition, and market demand.

10. Supplier Account

• Each supplier is provided with a personal account to track rental history, number of rentals, and earnings balance.

11. Payments

• The supplier may request her earnings at any time.
• Payments are processed via Wish or MT.

12. End of Agreement

• At the end of the consignment period, the supplier may collect her dress in its current condition without objection.

• By consigning a dress with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Consignment Terms and Conditions.
